Led by Claire Kelly, our team brings clarity to the chaos of content creation. We partner with growing brands who are ready to stop guessing, ditch the overwhelm, and show up online with confidence.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Claire Kelly’s background spans storytelling, journalism, PR, and social strategy—giving her a rare ability to connect brand message with audience growth. She graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University, where she studied broadcast journalism and sharpened her video editing and storytelling skills. She’s held roles with MSNBC Phoenix 12 News, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Cosmopolitan Magazine, and NowThis News, where she produced video content for their “Her” vertical.
Claire later worked at Berk Communications in NYC, where she led both PR and social media for clients including PUMA, BodyArmor, JAJA Tequila, The Israel Ministry of Tourism, and more. She launched and ran multiple client accounts while managing influencer outreach and high-visibility campaigns. After serving as marketing manager for the New York Food Truck Association and launching its Los Angeles counterpart, Claire founded Rise & Shine Social in 2023.
With a deep understanding of both content creation and brand communication, Claire brings a strategic, intentional lens to every client engagement. Her personal relationship with social media—as someone who grew up in the public eye due to her family’s political roles—makes her uniquely attuned to the power and responsibility that comes with online visibility. She understands how to manage public-facing narratives with authenticity and care.

Jalynne is a multimedia expert skilled in writing, video, photography, and of course, social media. Her diverse background in creating media content for news, entertainment, non-profits, and more enhances her understanding of media and equips her to utilize social media to foster community, create impactful content, and achieve objectives.

Vanessa is a multi-industry solopreneur, self-published author, and social media strategist who has worked within the spaces of fitness, business coaching, content creation, copywriting, project management, and social media. The thread that continues through each of those industries is her ability to connect with humans with a level of realness, empathy, and understanding.
